Today I want to tell you about flax seeds! Flax seeds have loads of health benefits. They are really high in fiber and omega 3 fatty acids. They are also really good for intestinal health and I eat a lot of them. To get the maximum health benefit from them, I like to keep them in a jar in the refrigerator or freezer and grind them freshly myself. It’s super easy and I’m going to show you how. You could put these on breakfast cereal, porridge, some people add them to juice and smoothies, salads, yogurt, fresh fruit, almost anything. I hope you’ll give it try and thanks for watching!
