I was recently on a road trip in Napa California and stopped at a spring by the side of the road to fill my water bottles. I LOVE fresh spring water like this. It tastes SO sweet and is incredibly hydrating. I find that when I have this type of water available, I want to drink more water in general. Body body seems to crave it!
