New video: Adventure Bread

Adventure Bread from the Mill on Divisadero Street is SO good! And easy to make!

So today I want to share another of my favorite breakfast or snack foods: Adventure Bread from Josey Baker Bread at the Mill Bakery. (@TheMillSF) This is a dense, hearty, and healthy bread alternative. It’s made from oats and nuts and seeds, and is totally gluten free. It’s great plain just toasted with nut butter or regular butter, or you can dress it up like I like to. Here I make it with goat milk butter and avocado with parsley on top. And on the left I have the same butter with a nice big slice of heirloom tomato with a basil leaf on top.

If you’re lucky enough to live locally in San Francisco, you can get this at the The Mill bakery on Divisadero, as well as at several markets throughout the city, and delivered via Good Eggs. It’s also easier than you think to make it, and Josey Baker has been good enough to share the recipe in his book, which is great by the way, and online.

I hope you give it try and thanks for watching!
