Stay Sane with Wide Open Spaces

Hello again from Tim Asher, San Francisco acupuncturist and holistic healer. In this video I’m in Titus Canyon in Death Valley National Park, and I want to share with you how incredibly powerful it is for our mental health to seek solitude and wide open spaces. And just to unplug from city life. If you live in the city like I do, that “busy bee” energy can be exhausting over time. I find that if I get out to where there is no cellphone reception and no one else around for miles, with vast wide open space, it’s incredibly healing and just generally helps my sanity. So if you haven’t gotten outside into some big wide open spaces off the grid, I highly recommend it! I hope you give it a try some time and I thank you for watching.
