Group Frequency Healing on Getting Better Sleep
Do you have difficulty getting good quality sleep? Can’t fall asleep, or can’t get back to sleep after waking in the night? Getting adequate sleep is essential for both physical and mental wellbeing. Sleep is the glue that holds us together, and nearly one in three adults has at least some difficulty with getting it!
In this group frequency healing, we will:
- Create a safe space for the body to feel safe to enter into a deep state of sleep
- Disconnect from all the mental chatter that can keep us wired and unable to sleep
- Experience a frequency of relaxed, deep, and restful sleep
- Release old patterns of poor sleep and anxiety around it to be more like this new ideal deep and restful sleep
