Today I want to share another little tip to help with digestion. I like ta eat a lot of salads, but as you may know, Chinese medicine isn’t very keen on raw foods, especially if they’re physically cold. Cold and raw foods can be a burden on the Spleen and digestive system. I take my salads out of the refrigerator 30 minutes before eating to allow them to warm up to room temperature. This allows me to mitigate some of the negative effects on the digestion that cold and raw food can have. Thanks for watching!
