Have you tried coconut butter?
So today I want to tell you about coconut butter. Coconut butter is one of my favorite foods for when I’m craving something sweet, but I don’t want to have something that’s really sugary or candy-like. It has a very sweet taste, but it doesn’t actually have a ton of sugar in it. And it is a very nutrient-dense food in general. It has a sweet, rich and creamy taste, and satisfies the desire for sweet and creamy tastes.
I put it on dates often, when I want a sweet snack. You can put it in smoothies, on apples and other fruits. You can also just enjoy it straight out of the jar. It’s also really good in spicy sauces and stews when you want to thicken and sweeten without using sugar.
