Greeting everyone!
It’s Tim Asher, San Francisco-based acupuncturist and alternative healer. And today I want to share with you one of my favorite simple morning rituals. And that is warm water with lemon juice. Freshly squeezed organic lemon juice of course! I like to use half a lemon, add some room temperature water, and then top it off with hot water to warm it up. And of course give it a little stir. Now lemon water has loads of health benefits and is great first thing in the morning to help cleanse your system and to get the digestion going.
