Every Hour Before Midnight Counts as Two

So today I want to revisit a topic that I’ve talked about recently and that is the importance of getting good sleep. So as I said before, getting good quality sleep is SO important for both mental and physical health. But today I want to add to that and share with you the healing power of going to bed early. And that means ideally going to bed by 10pm. So to help you remember this, we have a saying in alternative medicine and that is: Every hour of sleep that you get before midnight, counts as two!
So personally for me, I find that when I can actually get to bed early, I fell SO much better the next day. And I feel so much more refreshed in the morning, and I actually need less total sleep overall. I invite you to give that a try. I know that it can be challenging to change sleeping patterns and habits, but if you give it a try, I would be very surprised if you didn’t agree with me that you actually feel better going to bed earlier.
