New video: Are you getting good sleep?
I’m excited to release a new video in my “What Works for Me” series! So up until now, I’ve been talking a lot about digestion, food, and diet. But today I want to shift gears and talk about another area that I think is essential to good health. And that is sleep. Getting good sleep is SO important and so many people these days just aren’t getting it. So in my life, I really prioritize getting good sleep on a regular basis. It makes a huge difference for me in my mental and physical health, my mood, and just general happiness and sense of wellbeing. So over the next few weeks, I’m going to focusing on sleep, and sharing with you some of the things that I do that help me get good sleep.
