A Simple Tip to Improve Digestion
Today I wanted to share a quick tip that I learned from We Care Spa down in Southern California. It’s a great simple little tip to help improve digestion. And it is to wait a minimum of two hours after eating until eating ANYTHING else. This allows the stomach to more fully digest what we’ve eaten without getting bogged down with any new foods. It’s very simple and easy to do once you’re aware of it. I hope you’ll give it a try!
